Peugeot 208 Technology


The Peugeot 208 features Active City Brake (not available on Active) technology which is designed to avoid or help reduce the impact on collisions in urban conditions. A sensor on the windscreen will monitor cars travelling in the same direction and an emergency brake will be activated at speeds of less than 30mk/h if you fail to react to a hazard.


City Park (optional on Allure and GT Line) functionality on your Peugeot 208 makes parking easy. The system is designed to take over the steering and guide you into the space thanks to ultrasonic sensors while you still have control over the pedals. The 208 also comes with a reversing camera which is automatically activated when the vehicle is in reverse to make manoeuvring easy.


The 7” multi-function touch screen included in the Peugeot 208 makes accessing the various features of your vehicle easy. At a touch, you have access to you navigation (optional on Active, standard on Allure and GT Line), music, USB capability and Bluetooth functionality for a full connected driving experience


With the Peugeot 208, you have access to Mirror Screen technology which allows compatible smartphones to connect with your multi-function touch screen and It is available exclusively on the 208 Active Special Edition. Mirror Screen is compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink and allows you to access certain apps, such as navigation, safely for an optimised driving experience.
